When Walter Cronkite was just 18, he was a cub reporter for the University of Texas at Austin’s newspaper. When I worked for The Michigan Daily, I got to interview Lily Tomlin.

He got to interview Gertrude Stein.

Dan Radcliffe and His Elder Wand

As an homage to the opening of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, I thought I’d post a little something on the world’s favorite wiz-kid. Heh. There’s a great interview with Daniel Radcliffe up on The Daily Beast. He’s such a sharp kid. And I swooned when he talked a bit about his love for Keats and how he considers his theory of negative capability to be his secret weapon when it comes to acting.
